Bridge Translations and Interpretations
Bridge Translations™ provides interpretation and document translation services for corporations and individuals. Interpretation services are offered in person, via video conference and phone, or through message relay. Our translators and interpreters are certified as members of the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO) or an equivalent organization. Corporate document translation includes localization to ensure all documents produced represent the culture and language style outlined by the client. Bridge Translations™ collaborates with clients to create linguistic glossaries that ensure clear language and consistent messaging in any language. Personal documents are accurately translated and include a certification stamp.

Bridge Solutions
Bridge Solutions brings together Technology, IT resources, and Network Infrastructure to reduce costs and improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure. We deliver Internet/WAN connectivity, email, data centre hosting, and unified telecommunication services including videoconferencing to our partner organizations. In addition, Bridge Translations™ provides Virtual Desktop and virtual App delivery to several devices, IT security, consultation, and procurement. The goal is to improve, maintain, and renew IT infrastructures and technologies while reducing operational and capital costs for our partner organizations.
Multilingual Communication Centre
Bridge Solutions uses our extensive technology to provide superior reception and call centre services in multiple languages. Our agents are ready to become the first point of contact for organizations – in any language. We can triage calls, provide information about services, and book or confirm appointments with clients. We also offer interpretation and translation services, in conjunction with reception services or on a case-by-case basis.
Welcome Centre Immigrant Services
The Welcome Centre Immigrant Services actively partners with external agencies to deliver services from all Welcome Centre locations. These partnerships are continually reviewed to measure against current newcomer needs and forecast trends to solicit participation from community partners whose services combine well with the Welcome Centre’s to create optimal programming for newcomers. These partnerships further help newcomers integrate, economically and socially within their new communities.
