Fees

Are there any fees involved with using the access program?

Yes, there is an annual $50 per parent administration fee that must be paid at the time of the intake interview. A $25 visit fee per family is payable at each visit.

What if I have no income and my common law partner supports me financially?

Your fees will be determined based on the total income of your family.

What if I cannot afford to pay the user fee?

Please submit your request for special consideration in writing to the attention of the Program Director and your situation will be reviewed.

Can I pay my user fee by credit card or cheque?

You can pay fees by cash, certified cheque or money order, not by credit card.

Am I entitled to a refund of the administrative fee if I decide not to use the program?

No, if you decide not to participate in the program, you are not entitled to a refund.
