Service Philosophy

At Social Enterprise for Canada, we firmly believe that each child should be treated with compassion and respect. By developing a positive self image and building self esteem, the child is able to build a strong foundation to grow on.

Children are encouraged to express themselves through educational activities and social interactions with others. Respect and consideration for other cultures, religions, thoughts and feelings are emphasized.

The overall program reflects the importance of recognizing the value, worth, dignity and diversity of each and every child. The goal of each of our child care programs is to have each child feel welcome, acknowledged and cared for as a unique individual, in a home-like environment.

Children are encouraged to discover, explore and challenge their environment with a focus on positive enforcement and safety within limits that are reasonable and consistent. Our goal is that each child will develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically. Emphasis is placed on socialization, cooperation and cognitive development.
