The importance of donations for programs to develop and succeed.
Before starting the enrollment process, we ask parents to contact our staff to determine space availability.
If space is available, our staff will be pleased to arrange for you and your child to have an orientation tour of the centre. Our objective is to familiarize both you and your child with the center, answer questions, complete admission forms prior to enrollment and create a tailored intake plan to introduce your child to the program.
Admission forms include the Parent/Guardian Agreement, Program Registration, Medical Information, Communication Consent, and the Immunization form. Please click here to view the forms.
Our childcare and B&A programs give enrollment priority to full time children attending the schools where our centres are located.
When our programs operate at full capacity, children enrolled on a part-time basis are matched up with another child attending on a part-time basis, offsetting days to complete a full week of enrollment between the two children.
If the other part-time child were to withdraw from the program, we would attempt to fill the vacancy from a waiting list. If a match were found, service would not be affected.
If the offsetting days could not be filled, you would be given first priority to assume a full time space; the other alternative would to withdraw your child from our program. Should the latter be necessary, SEC would provide you with two week’s notice.
Should your child be absent for an extended period of time due to illness, your child’s name will be placed at the top of the waiting list.
In the event of an extended absence due to illness or other reasons, parents are required to make full payment covering absences or they must forfeit the space.
