A non-refundable, one time registration fee of $25.00 and a two week deposit are payable at the time of registration. Deposits will be held and applied to the last two weeks of care. If you withdraw your child from the program, a two week written notice of withdrawal must be given. Failure to provide two weeks written notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Social Enterprise Canada is a registered community-based not-for-profit charitable organization. Fees are based on costs, such as lease arrangements, wages, program supplies, utilities, insurance, etc.

Fees may be paid credit card by clicking here, or by cheque. If paying by cheque, please provide monthly post-dated cheques, dated on the first business day of the month and payable to Social Enterprise for Canada. There is a late payment fee of $5.00 per day for any payments received after the first business day of the month.
All cheques returned due to non-sufficient funds (N.S.F.) will be charged an administrative fee of $40.00 per cheque. Payments to cover the N.S.F. cheque and admin fee will be accepted in the form of a certified cheque, cash or money order and must be paid within five days. After two N.S.F. cheques have been received in a 12 month period, child care or B&A services may be suspended or terminated.
If you are late in picking up your child, you will be charged a late fee. Any pick-up that occurs after 6:00 pm is considered late. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged for the first 10 minutes (or any part thereof) and $1.00 per minute after that. Late fees must be paid in cash to the program staff and are due at the time of pick up.
A record of the fees paid during the previous year will be provided by the end of February. Parents who withdraw prior to this time may request a tax receipt upon withdrawal from the program.
