Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to submit prior to my child's first day?

Please submit the following:

  • Completed Registration Form

  • signed Parent Contract

  • Child's Immunization

  • Payment for Registration Fee (one-time non-refundable)

  • 2 week deposit and post dated cheques for the monthly fee


Will I receive a refund if my child is absent from the program?

No, fees are calculated based on operational costs. Therefore, monthly fees remain the same regardless of absences.

If I require care for my child after 6:00 pm, can one of the staff care for my child?

No, staff members are strictly prohibited from caring for families outside of the centre.

What is your program withdrawal policy?

We require 2 weeks written notice of withdrawal from the program. If notice is given, your deposit will be refunded to you or applied to your last 2 weeks of care.

Can my older child, other family member or friend pick up my children from the centre when I am running late?

Notification must be given to the centre if anyone other than those listed as emergency pick up persons will be arriving to pick up your child. All pick up persons must be 18 years of age or older.

My child is a picky eater: can I send lunches or snacks that I know he/she will like?

All our sites are nut-safe due to the increase of allergies among children. Therefore we do not allow outside food to be eaten within the centre. We provide the children with nutritious meals and snacks that follow the Canadian Food Guide.
